NJSIAA Swim Meets – Regular Season
Every meet follows a standard order of events. Each event consists of either one competitive stroke or all four of the competitive strokes. In addition, every race is a specific distance of 50 yards, 100 yards, 200 yards or 500 yards.
Each length of the pool is 25 years, so a 50 is 2 lengths of the pool, a 100 is 4 lengths, a 200 is 8 lengths and a 500 is 20 lengths.
